Job Summary
Job Title:   DIRECTOR OF F & F OPER SUPPORT SVCS

Starting Salary:   $7,392 - $12,829 per month

Job Description:   Provides leadership and direction to department staff in the management of various areas which supports the overall Fleet and Facilities Division. This is a critical senior level management position which is responsible for the oversight and management of the division's data collection and management process otherwise known as the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM), financial responsibilities, contracts, asset management, training and administrative support services. Develops and presents various reports to VIA's Board and Executive level staff. Overall responsible for leading, managing, mentoring and supporting this departments administrative and management team. Manages/works closely with hourly and salaried, technical and non-technical and clerical administrative employees to maximize the overall efficiency and effectiveness for all departments within the Fleet and Facilities Division.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and 7 years' experience managing an operation with responsibilities over the Financial, Administration and / or Automated Data Collection Systems (Enterprise Asset Management). Experience within a maintenance related environment preferred. 5 years' experience in a senior level management position, Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be acceptable.
