Job Summary
Job Title:   MGR F & F ADMIN, BUDGET & INFO SUPP SVCS

Starting Salary:   $6,225 - $10,673 per month

Job Description:   This position manages hourly and salaried staff in various administrative duties required to support the Fleet and Facilities Division, Responsible for division's financial planning, budget development and management oversight of costs, Overall responsible for the collection, evaluation and reporting out on the division's performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPls)l goals and objectives. Through leadership and management of support staff, performs various analysis of division performance. This position manages and/or works with a staff of hourly employees, supervisors, clerical and technical personnel in a combined effort to support the Division's operational needs.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years' experience in the management of: technical administrative staff; a multi-million-dollar Capital and Operating budget and an Enterprise Asset Management System or an equivalent combination
