Job Title:   BUS OPERATOR - FULL TIME

Starting Salary:   $21.58 per hour, which includes time spent in training PLUS differential pay after 4:00 p.m.

Job Description:   VIA is looking for professional, customer service-oriented individuals for bus operator positions. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a good driving record, a valid Texas Driver’s License, and the ability to qualify for a Class B Commercial Driver’s License after completing a comprehensive paid training program.

Education and Experience:   High school education or GED preferred. A minimum of two (2) years’ operating a motor vehicle and two (2) years’ of public contact or customer service experience; must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
