Job Title:   CONSUMER & DATA INSIGHT ANALYST

Starting Salary:   Min: $4,882 – Mid: $6,609 per month

Job Description:   The Consumer & Data Insight Analyst is responsible for analytics, insight, and data examination to support the overall public engagement and strategic efforts of VIA. The Consumer & Data Insight Analyst will process, analyze, interpret, and understand transit and transit related data from a wide variety of internal and external sources. The analyst will provide technical support to the Manager of Consumer Analytics and will understand data mining, data management, and data segmentation as it relates to building and telling the story of VIA’s customers and operations.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communication, or related areas of experience employing advanced data analytics methods. Advanced degrees preferred. Experience in in application of data analytics through qualitative and quantitative survey methodology is essential for this position. Equivalent combinations of experience may substitute for degree.
