Job Title:   ATTORNEY (LEVEL I)

Starting Salary:   $6,133 - $10,362 per month

Job Description:   Responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance in legal issues involving VIA to insure maximum protection of legal rights and to maintain operations within the limits prescribed by law. Performs legal research and consults with management and retained counsel regarding legal issues.

Education and Experience:   J.D. and at least three years experience in business, tort litigation, public law or equivalent combination and Texas license to practice law.
