Job Title:   MANAGER OF CONTRACT SERVICES

Starting Salary:   $6,318 - $10,993 per month

Job Description:   Responsible for the effective and efficient services provided by VIA contractors and to maintain and enhance paratransit, flex service, subsidy contract, will-call, ADA, VIA Link and any other Mobility on Demand service. Responsible to provide direct quality contract oversight. Under general direction the Manager of Contract Services will manage, observe, and evaluate the activities of contract service providers relative to service quality, contract compliance, policies, and procedures. Follows transportation contracts from pre-award to completion, including execution, vendor selection, issue detection and control, tracking and processing.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Public Policy, or related field and five (5) years transit experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination. Accounting, contract compliance and other applicable experience may be considered to substitute direct transit experience.
