Job Title:   MANAGER OF OPERATING BUDGET & PERF RPTNG

Starting Salary:   Min: $6,429 - Mid: $8,903 per month

Job Description:   The Manager of Operating Budget and Performance Reporting is responsible for coordinating assigned activities with VIA’s divisions/departments to include the preparation of VIA’s annual budget, National Transportation Data (NTD) reporting, special projects/ad-hoc requests; and the management of staff involved in organizational analysis and departmental performance reviews. Responsible for the coordination and submission of the Annual Business Plan and Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) to Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). Supervises the work of assigned staff.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. A minimum of five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in governmental budgeting, management, statistical, or organizational analysis, or organizational resource planning and at least (3) three years of management or supervisory experience. . Master’s degree and/or CPA certification preferred.
