Job Title:   RETIREMENT/BENEFITS SPECIALIST

Starting Salary:   $4,739 - $7,857 per month

Job Description:   Responsible for the coordination of all daily activities involving the operation of VIA Retirement Plans. Responsible for providing research, and analytical and administrative support in calculating and maintaining the pension benefits program, while ensuring constant adherence to plan provisions and compliance with all applicable federal regulations. Duties include the preparation of all documentation and communications to conform to plan sponsor resolutions or changes in applicable law.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field and at least 3 years’ experience in pension, accounting, finance or benefits administration, or an acceptable combination. Experience working with pension benefit programs is preferred. CPA Certificate preferred.
