Job Title:   MANAGER OF EMPLOYMENT & TESTING

Starting Salary:   $6,318 - $10,993 per month

Job Description:   Responsible for supervising the personnel and activities of the department, which includes employment and testing. Responsible for providing support to all divisions regarding personnel needs through effective employee recruitment and selection procedures, and by providing guidance on various personnel issues.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field, and at least 5 (five) years’ experience supervising a Human Resources function, including – experience overseeing employee disputes and issue resolution processes, or an acceptable combination.
