Job Summary
Job Title:   MANAGER OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Starting Salary:   Commensurate with experience

Job Description:   Facilitates, supervises and directs the functions and activities of the Training and Development Department, including bus and van operator training, new hire Maintenance, system security, safety training. Responsible for managing the development, administration and evaluation of training policies, programs, methods, materials and techniques. Supervises, coaches and counsels Bus, Paratransit and Fleet and Facilities new hire students. Integrates and ties the goals of training to the strategic needs, core competencies, and performance expectations of the organization.

Education and Experience:   Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Personnel Administration or a related field and at least 3 years experience in developing and conducting training programs for various employee levels or other adult education programs, or an acceptable combination. Teaching certificate and teaching experience preferred. Closing date: November 2nd, 2015
