Job Title:   TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Starting Salary:   $5,315 - $9,155 per month

Job Description:   The Transportation Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, upgrading and implementing all transit specific applications used on property to include TransitMaster, PASS, FX, COM, InfoAgent, InfoWeb, PASS-Web, FX-OPS, PARA-OPS and SMS Nextbus systems. They will also be responsible for researching new software enhancements provided by the application vendors and will assist in the implementation and training for the end users. This person will be the primary contact for all end-user and backend server issues for application vendors and will be involved in all application trouble tickets from start till resolution. Good documentation is required to be created and maintained for all application processes and trouble ticket solutions.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or a closely related field, and 3 years’ work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
