Job Title:   MANAGER OF TI CLIENT SERVICES

Starting Salary:   $6,318 - $10,993 per month

Job Description:   The Manager of TI Client Services, under the direction of the VP of Technology and Innovation, manages the installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and repair of computers, tablets, peripherals, and audio/visual equipment. The Manager of TI Client Services manages the technical staff that performs computer management and Help Desk support. Establishes standards, goals, and best practices for TI Client Services. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user help requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Help Desk functions. Reviews and evaluates the work of the TI Client Services staff and prepares periodic performance reports. Is responsible for developing standards and policies governing the procurement of all end user devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, software licensing, and audio/visual equipment. Establishes processes, documentation, and policies as needed to support the organization. Serves as lead project manager for TI department. Is responsible for budget design, purchasing, and managing vendor relations.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, business, management, programming, or related discipline with 3 or more years of experience in a lead or project management capacity in systems management, or an equivalent combination.
