Job Title:   SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Starting Salary:   $5,789 - $10,034 per month

Job Description:   Provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. This position is responsible for the smooth operations of all VIA Financial/Maintenance systems and related hardware/software. This includes account administration, maintenance tracking, license tracking and compliance and all technical aspects of maintaining high availability on all VIA financial/maintenance systems. The position is responsible for control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, resolution and change management. Acts as the lead liaison between VIA functional areas and the ERP/EAM systems during implementation and post-implementation. This position is responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing business, technology, and user requirements for the ERP/EAM system projects.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or management related discipline with 5 or more years of experience in systems management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer programming experience is desirable.
