Job Title:   COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

Starting Salary:   $40,968.00

Job Description:   The Computer Technician will be part of a desktop support team supporting local and remote customers. Must troubleshoot over the phone as well as desk side, remotely into customer systems and be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Will perform work assigned to them via the enterprise ticketing system. This position reports directly to the Manager of IT Client Services.

Education and Experience:   High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years of college and at least 2 years’ experience as a desktop or help desk analyst or an equivalent combination. Experience with local and wide area networks is preferred. Certifications: A+, Security+, Net+ or other technology related certification desired
