Job Title:   CONTRACT SERVICE MONITOR

Starting Salary:   Min: $4,487 – Mid: $6,126 per month

Job Description:   The purpose of the Contract Service Monitor position is to maintain and enhance paratransit, flex service, subsidy contract and Mobility on Demand service, and to provide quality contract oversight. The Contract Service Monitor will monitor, observe and evaluate the activities of contract service providers relative to contract compliance, policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:   High School diploma or the equivalent; plus two (2) years college or training equal to two (2) years college and at least three (3) years of transit experience, preferably in paratransit and/or Mobility on Demand or an equivalent combination. Accounting, contract compliance and other applicable experience may be considered to substitute direct transit experience.
