Job Title:   CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Starting Salary:   $5,315 - $9,155 per month

Job Description:   Position functions as a Quality Manager of bidding and construction documentation developing policies, procedures, and checklists to be used for all construction projects. Emphasis in this role will be in a monitoring and advisory role to project engineers, and engineering project managers. Incumbent will also function as a construction manager for the more complex construction projects. In the role of construction manager, incumbent will serve as construction team leader interfacing directly with the contractor and architect/engineer managing the construction project team toward completion within schedule and budget.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university and seven (7) years’ experience in a responsible construction engineering or management position or an equivalent combination. Project management experience required. Professional Registration in the State of Texas or PMP certification is preferred.
