Job Summary

Starting Salary:   Min: $5,408 -$7,441 Mid; per month

Job Description:   Internal Communications Administrator plays a key role in the development and delivery of VIA’s core messages to employees and stakeholders and ensures organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated. The Administrator works to ensure employees and internal stakeholders are kept informed and motivated about the organization’s mission, vision, programs, and services by communicating through multiple channels, including staff intranet, email, social media, regular newsletters, and other touchpoints.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or other related field. Work experience as a professional copywriter in marketing and communications for a minimum of 5 years. An equivalent combination and experience may be considered. Fluently bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
