Job Title:   CONTRACT SPECIALIST ASSISTANT

Starting Salary:   Min: $3,151 - MidL $4,216 per month

Job Description:   Responsible for a full range of administrative and clerical support for all Contracts Specialists within the division including the Manager of Contracts. Responsible for prioritizing and completing own work. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive material. Recurrent contact with vendors, contractors, and internal customers to verify documentation.

Education and Experience:   High school education or GED, plus additional applicable business school, college and at least two (2) years of related procurement experience. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be acceptable.
