Job Title:   WARRANTY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Starting Salary:   $3,206 – $4,336 per month

Job Description:   Responsible for the warranty collection of monetary reimbursements for bus, automotive, and facility replacement parts, that include shop tools and electronic shop components that fail prematurely during their specified warranty period. Analyzes, documents and prepares all warranty claims and submits to bus and automotive manufactures and vendors to ensure that VIA is reimbursed for all parts and labor costs associated with defective parts.

Education and Experience:   Must have completed high school or equivalent, plus one-year additional business school, college, or training courses; and at least one year related experience or an equivalent combination.
