Job Title:   CONTRACTS AND SPECIFICATIONS COORDINATOR

Starting Salary:   $5,789 - $10,034 per month

Job Description:   Performs all required functions and serves as a lead, provides work direction, and guidance to subordinate staff in the development, implementation, tracking, management and reporting of technical documents, specifications, and contracts for services, tools, equipment, construction and other such purchases for VIA. Performs quality control checks, reviews and ensures accuracy of documentation and reporting on adherence of required contractual materials and services. Relies on significant experience and knowledge to work with contractors and various VIA departments to ensure fiduciary responsibility, maximum value, and quality of contracted services and equipment. Further responsible for working with all departments in the development of standard operating, technical and campaign procedures and other such procedural and technical related documents.

Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s Degree in Contract Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or related field from an accredited college or university plus five years of progressive related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Education and/orexperience beyond minimum requirements may be used to determine an equivalent combination.
